Performs on-site telecommunications field services, including network troubleshooting, equipment repair, preventive maintenance, cutovers, upgrades, acceptance testing, optimization, inventory management, and technical documentation. Supports cellular network performance and service restoration while complying with OHS requirements. The role requires frequent travel to remote and difficult locations, tower climbing, shift work, overtime, rotational on-call support, and transportation by helicopters, ATVs, snowmobiles, and off-road vehicles.
