Manage end-to-end Group Benefits client implementations from initial sale through plan installation and stabilization. Serve as the primary contact for advisors and clients, translate requirements into internal systems, coordinate cross-functional teams, manage timelines and risks, resolve exceptions, ensure accurate documentation, and support onboarding presentations. The role also contributes to process improvement and implementation standardization.

Owns underwriting for complex ultra-high-net-worth insurance cases up to $200M, evaluating medical, legal, personal, and financial risks. The role delivers client-focused underwriting decisions, negotiates with reinsurers and partners, manages retention, monitors industry trends, and collaborates with compliance, claims, legal, and operations. It also mentors underwriters, shares technical expertise, and supports senior leadership on advanced markets strategy and risk management.

Assess mortality and financial risks for individual life insurance applications using medical, lifestyle, and financial information. Collaborate and negotiate with reinsurers, advisors, and internal stakeholders on complex cases, provide technical coaching to underwriters, and lead continuous-improvement projects. Maintain accurate, timely underwriting decisions, consult medical directors, support professional development, and meet quality and continuing-education standards.
