Extract, transform, validate, and load client PDFs and structured data into the MineralSoft platform using AI-driven extraction and ETL tools. Configure datasets, run queries and reports, troubleshoot integrations with EnergyLink, and ensure data quality and consistency while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Handle incoming owner relations inquiries about revenue, land, division orders, JIB, A/R, and A&P. Log and follow up on cases, build client relationships, manage difficult/emotional situations, and participate in cross-training to improve customer experience.

Manage and scale Enverus' global AWS infrastructure, automate deployments and CI/CD, ensure high uptime, collaborate with developers to enable zero-downtime releases, participate in on-call rotations, and improve operational practices.
