Manage and coordinate telecommunications projects from planning through completion. Track metrics, budgets, and risks; prepare quotes and SOWs; communicate with clients and stakeholders; support design, field data collection, inspections, and financial forecasting to ensure projects meet schedule, scope, and budget.

As a Telecom Project Designer, you will lead design projects in telecommunications, manage project coordination, and create designs for fiber networks, working closely with stakeholders and mentoring junior team members.

Provide broad HR support across employee relations, performance management, benefits and leaves, investigations, policy updates, HR analytics, and engagement initiatives. Advise employees and managers, manage complex leave and disability cases, ensure compliance with Canadian employment legislation, and support culture, inclusion, and change management in a hybrid work model.
