Lead delivery of complex technology and digital transformation projects, defining scope, schedules, budgets, risks, and governance. Coordinate stakeholders, manage vendors, maintain project artifacts and metrics, use PM tools (JIRA, Asana, Confluence, Microsoft Planner), support discovery and requirements, and continuously improve the project management framework.

Lead end-to-end business analysis for complex digital and ERP initiatives: elicit, document, and validate business, functional, integration, reporting, and data requirements; define future-state processes and data mappings; partner with technical teams for solution translation, testing, and readiness; facilitate stakeholder alignment and governance; use tools like JIRA, Confluence, Visio, Lucidchart, and Excel.

Support and lead Canadian PR activities including media outreach, influencer and event coordination, award submissions, agency collaboration, editorial and corporate copywriting, and maintaining VIP/influencer databases.
