Partner with leaders to manage recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, leave administration, engagement initiatives, training, and change management. Provide HR policy guidance, draft contracts and communications, run surveys, collect HR metrics, and support organizational effectiveness and leadership development.

Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFRA) features and integrations. Build customizations (product configurators, pricing, promotions), ensure scalability, security, and performance, write tests and documentation, review code, and troubleshoot production issues while collaborating with stakeholders and architects.

Lead end-to-end business analysis for complex digital and ERP initiatives: elicit, document, and validate business, functional, integration, reporting, and data requirements; define future-state processes and data mappings; partner with technical teams for solution translation, testing, and readiness; facilitate stakeholder alignment and governance; use tools like JIRA, Confluence, Visio, Lucidchart, and Excel.
