The trainee progresses through four phases while developing product knowledge, communication, organizational, sales, and leadership skills in a construction wholesale distribution environment.

Leads all Profit Centre operations, profitability, sales growth, customer and vendor relationships, purchasing, marketing, inventory, assets, safety, and team performance. Recruits, develops, coaches, and manages employees while setting account goals, analyzing financial reports, improving productivity, controlling expenses, and expanding market share. The role requires wholesale distribution and management experience, strong business judgment, operational excellence, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and applicable business systems.

As a Strategic Development Program Trainee, you will learn various business aspects through a 5-phased program including warehousing, operations, sales, and project management.
