Integrate sustainability and climate goals into construction project planning and delivery. Advise on embodied carbon, operational energy, emissions, climate resilience, and certification systems; track corporate and project emissions; support pursuits and project start-up; develop scalable sustainability solutions; and influence project teams and leadership. Represent the company at industry events while monitoring standards, regulations, and sustainable construction practices.

Coordinate shop drawings, RFIs, subcontractor and consultant communications; assist the Project Manager and Superintendent with project administration and field work; review and update schedules; conduct quality control inspections and update construction progress records; may directly manage subcontractors or portions of a project.

Lead and champion quality excellence across an Area by promoting a quality culture, developing team structures, contributing to bids, facilitating QA/QC activities, connecting project teams with corporate resources, creating training and best-practice materials, continuously improving quality systems and tools, and conducting project quality audits with accountability for corrective actions.
