Leads the design, configuration, implementation, and optimization of SAP SuccessFactors Compensation and related HRIS capabilities. Supports compensation and benefits processes, reporting, dashboards, integrations, data governance, security, testing, releases, and automation. Analyzes HR data, translates business requirements into scalable solutions, leads HRIS projects, and provides technical guidance to HR, IT, and business stakeholders.

Administer and support enterprise infrastructure across on-premises and hybrid environments, including virtualization, servers, storage, Microsoft services, monitoring, security, and disaster recovery. Develop PowerShell and Terraform automation, contribute to Azure cloud adoption and CI/CD initiatives, support incident response and root cause analysis, maintain documentation, and collaborate with cybersecurity and technology teams. Participate in 24x7 on-call support and apply AI-enabled tools to improve operational efficiency.
