The Principal Product Manager will define the vision and strategy for the Elastic Agent Builder, working with customers and teams to develop AI agent capabilities and product roadmaps.

Lead cross-functional programs across Field Engineering and Support to design and deliver operating models, planning rhythms, and execution standards. Coordinate fiscal planning (headcount, quota, territory), identify automation opportunities, partner with Sales Ops/IT/Finance, and establish communication, documentation, and training to drive adoption and durable process improvements.

The Senior Java Developer will enhance Elasticsearch's distributed systems, maintain high performance, and solve complex problems related to data indexing and coordination across multiple machines.
