Construction estimation intern supporting bid preparation for public, parapublic, and private projects. Responsibilities include reviewing plans and specifications, coordinating with project teams and technicians, estimating quantities and costs, researching subcontractor and supplier rates, assessing risks and constraints, preparing equipment and manpower reports, participating in site visits and client meetings, and completing bid submissions. The role requires construction or civil engineering studies, Microsoft Office proficiency, adaptability, teamwork, and strong deadline management.

Lead end-to-end pursuit lifecycle for major infrastructure projects across Canada, developing bid strategy, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, managing schedules and proposals, reviewing procurement/commercial risks, and securing high-value contracts through client engagement and competitive pricing.

Support estimating, bidding, and technical coordination for large civil infrastructure projects; develop construction methods, schedules, and RFIs; manage execution activities including scheduling, shop drawings, contract changes, permits, HSE compliance, and stakeholder coordination; contribute to quality, process improvement, and knowledge transfer across project phases.
