The Corporate Controller leads global accounting operations for a complex, multi-entity organization, overseeing consolidations, reporting, controls, audits, tax, cash management, and technical accounting. The role owns IPO and public-company readiness, including SOX 404, disclosure reporting, and stakeholder communications. It also leads a distributed team of 15+ professionals, improves accounting processes, maintains NetSuite integrity, and implements AI-driven automation. This Vancouver-based hybrid position requires CPA expertise, strong US GAAP knowledge, and extensive experience in international, high-growth environments.

Leads treasury operations and the end-to-end procure-to-pay process across multiple entities. Responsibilities include cash-flow forecasting, liquidity monitoring, payment execution, vendor management, month-end close, reconciliations, U.S. GAAP application, internal controls, audit support, budgeting, process improvement, and functional leadership of the P2P team.

Maintains CRM and sales data accuracy through audits, cleanup, deduplication, governance, reporting, and data-quality monitoring. Builds dashboards, investigates anomalies, supports forecasting and commission processes, validates system integrations, trains sales teams, and recommends process improvements. Partners with Sales Operations, Finance, IT, and Data Governance teams while developing automation and AI solutions to improve efficiency and customer experience.
