Seeking a Data Scientist / ML Engineer to design, build, and maintain scalable machine learning systems, focusing on neural network improvements and ML architecture. Responsibilities include development and deployment of ML models, data pipelines, and MLOps implementation.

Lead monthly financial close and consolidation for international operations, including FX translation, intercompany eliminations, reconciliations, variance analysis and management reporting. Coordinate subsidiary submissions, maintain close processes and audit-ready documentation, support quarterly/annual reporting and audits, improve controls and partner with FP&A, Treasury, Tax and other teams.

Lead research, design, and implementation of large-scale cloud data ingestion, preprocessing, distributed training, and benchmarking for geospatial foundation models focused on agriculture. Contribute to model architecture, fine-tuning, tooling, documentation, and Agile development processes.

Lead integrated financial planning, forecasting, and scenario modeling; own budgeting and management reporting; partner with Accounting and business leaders; support IPO readiness, M&A, investor/lender reporting, and systems/process improvements to improve forecast accuracy and reporting discipline.
