Support new and prospective students through orientation, digital literacy and technology workshops, Accuplacer testing, and employability training. Maintain records, encourage engagement, collaborate with campus teams, and assist with student success initiatives to help learners navigate Microsoft 365 and online learning tools.

Provide academic and administrative support in blended in-person and online classes: assist students in labs and online platforms, monitor attendance and submissions, help grade assignments, set up materials, and offer one-on-one or group support to students under instructor guidance.
