Partners with Sales to lead pre-sales activities for small and mid-sized opportunities. Delivers tailored software demonstrations, conducts discovery, designs solution architectures, configures demo environments, and translates risk, audit, compliance, and GRC challenges into business-focused solutions. Engages customer stakeholders, supports proofs of concept, contributes to larger deals, provides product feedback, and participates in webinars and thought-leadership initiatives.

Build and maintain secure, scalable, event-driven serverless microservices using TypeScript and AWS. Design architectures, implement infrastructure as code, optimize CI/CD and developer productivity, and support continuous production deployments. Collaborate through Agile planning, pairing, documentation, and architectural discussions. Use AI tools responsibly for coding, debugging, testing, research, and reviews while evaluating privacy, security, fairness, cost, and accuracy. Develop Node.js/TypeScript REST APIs, work with SQL databases, and contribute to modern web interfaces using React or Angular.

Own strategic customer security portfolios, serve as the primary assurance contact, lead audits and assessments, prepare evidence, defend control design, and drive findings to closure. Build account security plans, anticipate regulatory and compliance requirements, handle complex questionnaires and security inquiries, and partner with Sales, Customer Success, Renewals, and internal security teams. The role requires deep SOC 2 and ISO 27001 knowledge, technical cloud and security fluency, strong customer communication, and executive presence.

Drive adoption, retention, and expansion for key accounts by advising on configuration, customization, and optimization of the GRC platform. Assess client GRC needs, recommend tailored solutions, support roadmap and governance implementations, identify at-risk clients, increase usage, and partner with Product, Support, and Sales to improve the platform. Monitor industry and regulatory trends and share subject-matter insights.

Own and operate a cloud data platform, including ingestion, transformation, orchestration, serving, governance, lineage, and data quality. Build automated reporting, AI-assisted workflows, feature pipelines, and predictive-use-case infrastructure. Develop production-quality code, CI/CD, testing, observability, access controls, PII classification, versioning, and MLOps controls. Collaborate with engineering, product, finance, security, and other stakeholders while managing system cost, latency, reliability, and model risks.

Own end-to-end onboarding and drive customer adoption, run proactive check-ins and Quarterly Business Reviews, coordinate cross-functional issue resolution, build repeatable playbooks, templates and reporting, and help shape the Customer Success function while collaborating with international colleagues.

Build and operate AWS serverless platform services that productionize AI/LLM capabilities. Design, implement, deploy, and monitor secure, scalable services, collaborate with AI researchers, maintain CI/CD and observability, and use AI-assisted development tools responsibly.

Build and own secure, event-driven full-stack services on AWS using TypeScript/Node.js. Implement infrastructure-as-code, CI/CD, observability, REST APIs, and automated tests; respond to production incidents and participate in architecture decisions while leveraging AI tools.
