Own the full sales cycle for net-new accounts in western territories, build pipeline from scratch, manage complex multi-stakeholder deals, collaborate with internal teams and partners, present to senior executives, and close business for organizations up to 1,500 employees.

Manage and grow a portfolio of carrier and specialty partners in the West territory by leading QBRs, driving partner-sourced revenue, executing strategic sales initiatives, coordinating cross-functional work, improving reporting (Salesforce/Notion), and supporting contract management and partner implementation to optimize retention and expansion.

As a Psychotherapist, you will conduct virtual therapy sessions, support clients' mental health, and collaborate with internal teams to provide care. You will also ensure patient safety and deliver evidence-based interventions.
