Responsibilities include service delivery, client relationships, P&L management, budgeting, workforce planning, labor relations, recruitment, employee development, compliance, inspections, quality audits, and continuous improvement. The role requires travel across Western Canada, site visits, and potential relocation.

Lead facilities management and custodial services for a university account. Act as primary client contact, manage budgets, ensure health and safety compliance, recruit and mentor on-site teams, conduct quality audits, optimize workforce planning, drive revenue growth, and maintain high client satisfaction and contract profitability.
