Leads D2L’s Infrastructure Services team and oversees corporate IT infrastructure, cloud platforms, reliability, security, maintenance, monitoring, automation, and incident management. The role develops team members, manages priorities and risks, drives Infrastructure as Code and continuous improvement, and partners across the organization to deliver scalable, resilient, secure infrastructure services. Responsibilities include administration of Active Directory, Microsoft 365, endpoint management, infrastructure licensing, system upgrades, documentation, on-call support, and operational planning.

Owns the strategy, roadmap, requirements, backlog, development lifecycle, market delivery, and end-of-life for Creator products. Collaborates with engineering, design, marketing, sales, customers, and leadership to deliver valuable, feasible, and usable software solutions. Responsibilities include discovery, prioritization, business cases, feasibility analysis, go-to-market planning, release readiness, post-release management, and representing product thought leadership at industry events.

Serve as the technical escalation for Solutions Engineers, design and present integration and security solutions for LMS (Brightspace) implementations, scope complex technical requirements for sales, mitigate delivery risks, liaise with implementation teams, and create enablement assets to support sales and services.
