Guide superconducting circuit, quantum annealing, gate-model, cryogenic, and processor scaling initiatives while fostering scientific innovation. Contribute to technical reviews, publications, patents, roadmap decisions, hiring, performance management, and long-term organizational capability.

Lead day-to-day PCB manufacturing for quantum hardware: manage a technical team, coordinate with engineering and suppliers, optimize processes and quality systems, maintain documentation and inventory, support rapid prototyping and production readiness, and ensure safety and facility compliance.

Lead design, test, and continuous improvement of cryogenic systems for quantum computers. Drive root-cause analyses, develop experiments, create engineering documentation, support integration, commissioning, and field service, and mentor junior engineers while coordinating cross-functional projects to improve reliability, manufacturability, and serviceability.

Create and maintain customer-facing technical documentation (API references, user guides, hardware docs, code examples, release notes). Collaborate with software, hardware, support, product, and marketing teams; participate in product lifecycle; improve documentation processes, single-sourcing, and discoverability; use Git and Jira to track and resolve documentation issues.

Design, test, characterize, and optimize cryogenic RF networks and hardware for quantum computers. Model and simulate RF performance, develop validation plans, perform lab testing and troubleshooting, select materials and manufacturing approaches for cryogenic PCBs and interconnects, integrate systems with cross-functional teams, work with vendors, and drive continuous improvement of RF designs and test methodologies.

Conduct market and competitive intelligence research for quantum computing products; track competitors, patents, publications, financial signals, and industry trends. Use AI-enabled tools and dashboards (Tableau/Power BI/Python) to gather, analyze, and visualize data. Produce reports and presentations to inform product strategy and support cross-functional teams.

Design, implement, and operate hybrid-cloud and on-prem infrastructure; build and maintain CI/CD pipelines (including hardware-based); integrate monitoring and security controls; respond to incidents and perform root-cause analysis; improve service reliability and participate in on-call rotation.

Develop, maintain, and optimize processor software that interfaces with quantum hardware. Own full lifecycle tasks, troubleshoot and improve system reliability and performance, mentor junior developers, collaborate across teams, and participate in on-call support for QPU solvers on the Leap cloud platform.

Lead cross-disciplinary system integration for quantum computing hardware and software. Define interfaces, requirements, V&V plans, diagnostics, and test procedures. Support bring-up, commissioning, troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and reliability improvements across electrical, mechanical, cryogenic, control, and software subsystems. Mentor juniors and coordinate with service, production, and software teams.

Lead R&D on quantum-classical hybrid algorithms and system benchmarking. Design and run experiments, reproduce literature results, analyze QPU contributions, communicate findings, and mentor teammates to improve performance and scalability.

Design, implement, and optimize algorithms for complex optimization and machine learning problems; write production-quality code; prototype and evaluate performance; collaborate with researchers and engineers to build scalable, end-to-end algorithmic solutions; participate in design discussions, code reviews, and best-practice initiatives.

Support development and maintenance of integrated demand plans for production, customer orders, projects, and service. Supports 24/7 cybersecurity operations including threat detection, incident response, vulnerability management, identity and endpoint security, DLP, network and cloud security, SaaS risk evaluations, and enterprise resilience. The role develops SIEM and threat detection capabilities, enhances security controls through scripting and configuration, leads cyber incident responses, collaborates across technology teams, and delivers employee security awareness training.

Design, build, deploy, and operate an internal AI platform and AI-powered developer workflows. Implement CI/CD for models, prompts, and evaluations; integrate Bedrock/agent frameworks; ensure security, observability, reliability, and cost/version controls; respond to incidents and participate in on-call rotations; promote AI best practices and lead architecture discussions.

Design, develop, and maintain backend services for the Leap quantum-classical hybrid cloud platform. Collaborate with product owners and architects across the SDLC to deliver features, troubleshoot and tune production systems, write clean maintainable code, participate in code reviews and on-call rotation, and mentor junior engineers to improve engineering practices and platform scalability.
