Own end-to-end acquisition of new B2B trade and hospitality accounts, including prospecting, pitching, closing, pipeline management, and relationship development. Build AI-enabled outreach workflows, maintain CRM discipline, improve forecasting and sales processes, and coordinate handoffs with existing-account teams. Partner with merchandising, operations, and vendors to support trade clients, inventory planning, and special orders.

Vice President of Performance Marketing will own paid media strategy, P&L, budget allocation, and channel performance across 13 brands. The role leads multi-channel growth spanning search, social, shopping, display, affiliate, video, and emerging channels; builds the marketing organization and agency network; drives testing, AI adoption, and media efficiency; and partners with creative, merchandising, ecommerce, product, and executive leadership to improve revenue, margins, CAC, LTV, and ROAS.

Own the full B2B group-sales cycle from prospecting through close. Build and manage a pipeline, grow a portfolio of corporate and organizational accounts, meet revenue targets, maintain CRM and ERP records, coordinate inventory with vendor partners, and develop repeatable processes for recurring revenue. The role requires independent pipeline management, strong communication, customer-focused account growth, and participation in sales training.
