Leads insolvency and restructuring engagements, including bankruptcies, proposals, receiverships, financial investigations, analysis, reporting, and court materials. Manages teams, advises lenders and business owners, collaborates with legal and financial stakeholders, develops client relationships, supports business development, and mentors professionals. Requires strong analytical, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, along with a CPA designation and interest in pursuing CIRP and LIT designations.
