Builds contract review and escalation processes, manages major customer and supplier agreements, maintains corporate records and legal templates, advises cross-border operations, and supports compliance, governance, and business-risk reduction across Canada and international operations.

Design, develop, test, and maintain Electron-based desktop and web applications using TypeScript, React, Redux Toolkit, and Node.js. Integrate with C#/ASP.NET MVC backends and SQL Server, perform debugging, testing, code reviews, and contribute to architecture and documentation while collaborating across teams.
