6-month contract acting as the VP HRs right-hand to maintain HR operations and support priority transformation projects. Execute HCM/HRIS updates, reporting, compliance, and stakeholder support while contributing to compensation rollout, benefits market review, eNPS rollout, HCM configuration, and safety system integration.

Assist drillers with setup, operation, maintenance, mobilization and demobilization of drilling rigs and sampling systems. Follow safety protocols, participate in safety meetings, perform basic equipment maintenance, site cleanup, and support field teams in varied and sometimes remote conditions.

Operate and maintain geotechnical drilling equipment, assist engineers and technicians, mobilize/demobilize gear, perform heavy lifting and routine maintenance, follow strict health and safety procedures, drive light/medium vehicles, and work extended field assignments across the USA and Canada.
