Partner with HR, Operations, and senior leaders to align learning with safety, performance, succession planning, and business outcomes.

Operate and maintain geotechnical drilling equipment to collect samples and data. Assist engineers and technicians, mobilize/demobilize rigs, perform routine maintenance, handle heavy drill steel, transport materials, drive light/medium vehicles, follow safety procedures, and work long shifts in varied outdoor environments across North America.

Assist drillers with setup, operation, maintenance, mobilization and demobilization of drilling rigs and sampling systems. Follow safety protocols, participate in safety meetings, perform basic equipment maintenance, site cleanup, and support field teams in varied and sometimes remote conditions.

Operate and maintain geotechnical drilling equipment, assist engineers and technicians, mobilize/demobilize gear, perform heavy lifting and routine maintenance, follow strict health and safety procedures, drive light/medium vehicles, and work extended field assignments across the USA and Canada.
