Prepares project-level accounting reports, construction loan draws, funding requests, reconciliations, journal entries, variance analyses, and accounts payable records. Supports financial reporting, property tax tracking, sales-closing activities, project costing, and process improvements. Coordinates with development, construction, sales, marketing, legal, and corporate accounting teams while maintaining accurate documentation and meeting deadlines.

Leads digital technology projects from intake through close-out, managing scope, schedule, budget, quality, risks, dependencies, governance, stakeholder coordination, releases, operational readiness, adoption, and benefits tracking. The role applies agile or hybrid delivery methods, maintains PMO artifacts, coordinates business and technical teams and vendors, supports portfolio planning, and contributes to PMO maturity and post-implementation reviews.

Manages enterprise endpoint engineering and frontline support, including device configuration, provisioning, compliance, application deployment, mobile device management, lifecycle tracking, printers, meeting room technology, and Level 2/3 incident resolution. The role automates endpoint operations with PowerShell, administers Microsoft environments, supports employee onboarding and offboarding, monitors compliance, and partners with service desk, security, facilities, vendors, and leadership.
