The role applies agile or hybrid delivery methods, maintains PMO artifacts, coordinates business and technical teams and vendors, supports portfolio planning, and contributes to PMO maturity and post-implementation reviews.

Manages enterprise endpoint engineering and frontline support, including device configuration, provisioning, compliance, application deployment, mobile device management, lifecycle tracking, printers, meeting room technology, and Level 2/3 incident resolution. The role automates endpoint operations with PowerShell, administers Microsoft environments, supports employee onboarding and offboarding, monitors compliance, and partners with service desk, security, facilities, vendors, and leadership.

Leads the accounts payable team and oversees full-cycle AP operations, vendor relationships, payment processing, aging, controls, and compliance. Develops policies, procedures, and process improvements while supporting AP system implementation, automation, and digitization. Manages staff performance, training, workload, and cross-functional coordination with Finance and Digital Technology teams.

Leads discovery and requirements analysis for complex Digital Technology initiatives. Responsibilities include stakeholder engagement, process mapping, problem framing, functional and non-functional requirements, data and reporting analysis, integration assessment, change readiness, training support, and post-implementation review. The role partners with BRMs, project managers, architecture, vendors, Yardi, and data teams while improving BA standards, documentation, traceability, and delivery readiness.
