The Senior Accountant manages full-cycle monthly financial reporting and quarterly forecasts for multiple business lines. Responsibilities include journal entries, accruals, P&L and accounts receivable reviews, account reconciliations, billing validation, budget updates, variance analysis, and financial statement accuracy. The role supports regional leaders, the Assistant Controller, and financial analysts while improving reporting processes and data integrity.

Delivers Producer Development and Junior Broker Training programs through scheduling, session coordination, facilitation, stakeholder engagement, communications, resource management, learner progress reporting, and continuous process improvement. Supports facilitators, subject matter experts, business leaders, HR partners, and early-career participants while managing cohort work plans, milestones, risks, and program operations.
