Lead a commercial property accounting team through full-cycle accounting, including financial statements, budgets, forecasts, tax and operating cost recoveries, audits, and reporting. Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual deadlines; review work for accuracy; resolve complex accounting issues; support property onboarding and offboarding; liaise with stakeholders and auditors; and coach, mentor, and develop accounting staff while driving process improvements.

Leads business analysis and technology delivery initiatives across Finance, Accounting, Real Estate Operations, and technical teams. Owns requirements from discovery through implementation, including user stories, acceptance criteria, process models, functional specifications, and data mappings. Drives workflow, automation, financial control, and system improvements; analyzes data, integrations, and dependencies; collaborates with product, architecture, development, QA, and senior stakeholders; and mentors Business Analysts and project team members.

Records tenant receivables, processes property billings and payments, conducts accounting research, responds to inquiries, generates reports, and coordinates cash management. The role requires accurate, timely processing in a high-volume accounts receivable environment while collaborating with stakeholders and providing customer-focused support.
