Support payroll and compensation accounting by preparing and posting journal entries, reconciling compensation-related accounts, assisting with accruals and working papers, supporting audits, responding to stakeholder inquiries, contributing to variance analysis, and participating in process improvements while handling confidential payroll data.

Lead and execute internal and external communications and PR strategies across Canada. Develop executive messaging, press releases, social and intranet content, media outreach, and measurement reporting. Collaborate with marketing, research, leaders, and external agencies to drive engagement and communications outcomes.
