Leads Colliers Project Leaders’ national municipal sector strategy, growth, sales pipeline, priority pursuits, and multi-year roadmaps. Builds municipal capital delivery and advisory presence across Canada, develops client and industry relationships, guides business units on commercial strategy, and leads the sector team. Represents the organization through thought leadership, conferences, sector associations, and external partnerships while identifying market trends, required capabilities, and opportunities to expand the business.

Supports preconstruction leadership across design, estimating, constructability, and construction planning. Reviews drawings and specifications, develops construction management plans, coordinates design-assist teams, conducts site assessments, prepares schedules and cost estimates, supports trade procurement and construction technology implementation, and maintains project budgets and quality standards. The role also contributes to proposals, business development, staff mentoring, and construction management support for commercial, industrial, and civil projects.

Provides infrastructure advisory services to public and private sector clients, including financial and commercial analysis, business cases, financial modeling, procurement strategy, stakeholder engagement, due diligence, and capital project planning. The role supports complex procurements, evaluates proposals, advises on project delivery and funding strategies, prepares reports and presentations, and contributes to client proposals and strategic recommendations.
