The role ensures an organized, professional, and efficient workplace while resolving issues, supporting employee engagement, coordinating service providers, and handling competing priorities with discretion and sound judgment.

Supports project managers with schedules, progress reports, tender and contract documents, contractor and consultant coordination, site meetings, action tracking, and project communications. The role focuses on building and facilities projects across healthcare, education, municipal, and commercial environments while ensuring compliance with quality management processes.

Provides infrastructure advisory services to public and private sector clients, including financial and commercial analysis, business cases, financial modeling, procurement strategy, stakeholder engagement, due diligence, and capital project planning. The role supports complex procurements, evaluates proposals, advises on project delivery and funding strategies, prepares reports and presentations, and contributes to client proposals and strategic recommendations.
