Leads Colliers Project Leaders’ national municipal sector strategy, growth, sales pipeline, priority pursuits, and multi-year roadmaps. Builds municipal capital delivery and advisory presence across Canada, develops client and industry relationships, guides business units on commercial strategy, and leads the sector team. Represents the organization through thought leadership, conferences, sector associations, and external partnerships while identifying market trends, required capabilities, and opportunities to expand the business.

Supports preconstruction leadership across design, estimating, constructability, and construction planning. Reviews drawings and specifications, develops construction management plans, coordinates design-assist teams, conducts site assessments, prepares schedules and cost estimates, supports trade procurement and construction technology implementation, and maintains project budgets and quality standards. The role also contributes to proposals, business development, staff mentoring, and construction management support for commercial, industrial, and civil projects.

Provides infrastructure advisory services to public and private sector clients, including financial and commercial analysis, business cases, financial modeling, procurement strategy, stakeholder engagement, due diligence, and capital project planning. The role supports complex procurements, evaluates proposals, advises on project delivery and funding strategies, prepares reports and presentations, and contributes to client proposals and strategic recommendations.

Supports project managers with schedules, progress reports, tender and contract documents, contractor and consultant coordination, site meetings, action tracking, and project communications. The role focuses on building and facilities projects across healthcare, education, municipal, and commercial environments while ensuring compliance with quality management processes.

Lead preconstruction activities for commercial, industrial, civil, and building projects. Evaluate designs, constructability, costs, schedules, logistics, sequencing, and risks; develop construction management plans; coordinate owners, architects, engineers, trades, and consultants; support procurement, project controls, site assessments, business development, and client delivery. Provide construction management expertise, maintain budgets and quality standards, and mentor staff using construction technology platforms.

Leads Colliers Project Leaders’ national infrastructure sector strategy, growth, sales planning, key-account development, and project pursuit support across Canada. Builds the company’s infrastructure presence through thought leadership, industry relationships, conferences, and sector organizations. Leads the infrastructure team, identifies required expertise and capacity, monitors sector trends, and aligns multi-year roadmaps with corporate objectives. Requires extensive infrastructure capital delivery or services leadership, business growth experience, strong professional services knowledge, and a national industry network.

Coordinate operational readiness, transition planning, and move management for facility projects. Lead user groups, stakeholder engagement, project schedules, documentation, procurement, working groups, and client communications. Manage project teams, risks, issues, budgets, reporting, and onsite moves while ensuring quality and operational success. Support proposals, scope development, standardized processes, and client implementation across healthcare, post-secondary, corporate, and other sectors.

Manage complex building, facility, municipal infrastructure, institutional, and mixed-use projects from inception through completion. Serve as the client’s primary contact, lead project teams and stakeholder coordination, oversee schedules, budgets, contracts, change management, payments, documentation, and quality procedures. Build client relationships, resolve technical and project issues, chair meetings, and ensure projects meet client objectives, timelines, and financial targets.

Provides client advisory and facilitation services for Integrated Project Delivery, Lean Project Delivery, Progressive Design Build, and Alliance projects. Supports readiness assessments, business cases, procurement strategies, workshops, team onboarding, validation, design, construction, commissioning, and continuous improvement. Coaches project teams and junior advisors, manages stakeholder relationships, and travels to project locations as needed.

Leads transit-sector growth, strategic account management, consultative sales, market strategy, and complex project pursuits. Develops multi-year growth plans, expands client relationships, guides proposal and pursuit efforts, builds sector expertise, strengthens brand presence, coaches teams, and drives quality and operational excellence across a matrix organization.

Leads climate readiness, emergency management, disaster mitigation, and community recovery planning for governments, agencies, and Indigenous Governing Bodies. Assesses climate hazards and infrastructure vulnerabilities, develops resilience strategies, oversees advisory projects, manages quality and commercial risks, mentors multidisciplinary teams, supports proposals and business development, and manages client relationships. The role requires expertise in climate-related disasters, public-sector advisory work, stakeholder facilitation, financial modeling, and culturally appropriate community engagement.

Leads cross-functional growth and transformation projects from initiation through completion. Responsibilities include planning, scheduling, resource coordination, risk management, stakeholder engagement, budget and timeline monitoring, executive reporting, SharePoint administration, process improvement, workflow optimization, issue resolution, and organizational change support.
