Direct and oversee project support for the Silvertip Project, coordinating stage‑gate processes, technical and peer reviews, contractor performance monitoring, stakeholder and interface management, and action‑item follow up to ensure safe, on‑time, on‑budget delivery of underground mining projects. Provide governance and technical support to senior leadership and other Coeur operations.

Lead and oversee owners engineering delivery for the Silvertip Project from front-end development through to operations. Manage engineering contractors, ensure technical quality, integrate multi-discipline design (mining, civil, structural, mechanical, piping, electrical, instrumentation), support stage-gate reviews, peer reviews, commissioning readiness, and coordinate stakeholders to deliver safe, high-value project outcomes.

Lead site HR for a Northern BC mining project, partnering with site leadership on workforce planning, employee and labour relations, onboarding, talent development, operational readiness, compliance with BC employment legislation, investigations, and HR systems to support transition from care and maintenance through construction to operations.
