Design, build, and operate scalable backend services in Python or Go to power underwriting decisioning. Integrate statistical and ML models, implement APIs (REST, gRPC/GraphQL), ensure observability and testing, lead projects, and collaborate with product, data science, and underwriting teams to automate underwriting workflows.

Perform quarterly reserving and profit-share analyses for P&C lines, build and maintain reserve exhibits and dashboards, analyze large datasets, partner with claims, finance and underwriting to identify loss drivers, refine reserving methodologies, prepare actuarial reports for stakeholders, and drive automation and process improvements to ensure accurate financial reporting.

Lead day-to-day U.S. and Canada benefits operations, support global benefits and compensation operations, improve onboarding/offboarding and People Ops workflows, build SOPs and reports, partner with vendors and cross-functional teams, and implement process and data integrity improvements.
