Build and run an independent advisory practice under the Co-operators brand, developing client relationships, prospecting, and delivering advice-based insurance and wealth solutions to grow a profitable portfolio.

Build and run an independent commercial insurance advisory practice: prospect and develop relationships with local businesses, deliver tailored commercial insurance and risk-management solutions, grow and retain a profitable portfolio, and represent Co-operators while operating as an independent contractor.

Support agency sales and service of personal lines (auto and home). Advise clients on appropriate coverages, prospect for additional business, perform frontline risk assessments and inspections, resolve client inquiries and complaints, meet individual and agency sales and service goals, and contribute to peer development.

Lead IT sourcing and category management for enterprise technology spend. Develop sourcing strategies and cost-savings plans, negotiate complex software and technology contracts, rationalize vendors, coach sourcing managers, monitor vendor performance, and build strategic supplier relationships to deliver commercial efficiency and service excellence.

Design, develop, and maintain Guidewire-based P&C solutions. Lead medium-to-large feature development, create implementation and troubleshooting plans, perform unit testing, guide junior developers, and resolve application defects.
