The role develops expertise in credit analysis and underwriting for CMHC-insured loans and CMBS mandates while supporting process improvements and AI adoption.

Drive regional mortgage originations by building and managing broker relationships, structuring complex residential files, providing on-site support and training, collaborating with underwriting and risk teams, and owning territory funding targets to grow market share.
