Design, build, and operate backend product capabilities for hospitality workflows using PHP, Java, APIs, data models, and event-driven systems. Own technical design through production, including infrastructure, deployment, observability, testing, incident response, and on-call support. Improve distributed-system scalability, reliability, security, and maintainability while collaborating with Product, Design, Infrastructure, Security, and Engineering teams.
