Teams at Clio

Perform data extraction, transformation, cleansing and imports (CSV/SQL) into Clio, support customer onboarding, troubleshoot escalated migrations, manage multiple client cases, create knowledge articles, partner with enablement and product teams to improve and automate migration processes, and deliver exceptional customer service throughout the migration lifecycle.

Owns sales enablement for Clio’s Velocity segment, improving rep conversion, product attach, and ramp time. Responsibilities include developing playbooks, objection handling, training, role-play and certification programs; reviewing Gong call data; coaching managers; tailoring product enablement; using generative AI; reporting segment health; and partnering with onboarding, product marketing, and revenue operations.

Own sales enablement for Clio’s Strategic and Mid-Market segments across new business and customer sales. Build playbooks, training, role-plays, certifications, and consultative selling frameworks; analyze Gong calls and performance data; coach managers; support product and multi-product enablement; and report on segment health. Partner with onboarding, product marketing, and revenue operations to improve conversion, attach rates, and ramp time.
