Design and ship platform experiences through research, prototyping, high-fidelity mockups, and collaboration with product and engineering. Unify experiences across products, solve user and business problems, use data to measure outcomes, and communicate design vision. Conduct interviews and usability testing, present rationale, challenge assumptions, contribute to critiques, and mentor fellow designers.

Provides high-volume phone, chat, and email support to Enterprise customers. Plans, orchestrates, and optimizes integrated B2B enterprise marketing campaigns across paid media, email, web, content, events, webinars, partners, and sales outreach. Owns campaign briefs, timelines, dependencies, budgets, messaging consistency, performance reporting, pipeline attribution, retrospectives, and sales alignment. Builds AI-powered workflows using tools such as Claude to automate campaign execution, quality assurance, and analysis while coordinating cross-functional teams.
