Leads Clark Builders’ brand, proposal, marketing, and communications services. Oversees team workflow, resourcing, quality, and deliverables; coaches team members; guides strategic proposals and pursuit materials; supports campaigns and storytelling across internal and external channels; ensures brand consistency; collaborates with stakeholders across regions; and improves processes, tools, and team effectiveness.

Oversee multiple large-scale construction projects, leading project teams, preconstruction, tenders, contracts, scheduling, forecasting, quality control, risk management, safety, compliance, and client coordination. Conduct jobsite reviews, support staff development, implement construction technologies, drive continuous improvement, and ensure projects meet schedule, budget, quality, and contractual requirements.

Leads construction scheduling teams and develops, maintains, and analyzes complex project schedules using Primavera P6 and related tools. Responsibilities include CPM baseline development, critical path monitoring, resource and cost-loaded schedules, change and time-impact analysis, procurement coordination, progress tracking, constructability reviews, schedule risk management, and stakeholder communication. The role also mentors scheduling professionals, supports project reviews, conducts site progress walks, and contributes to pursuit schedules and continuous improvement initiatives.
