Lead a global GTM operations and platforms organization (20-25 people) to optimize sales technology, deal desk, data governance, CRM consolidation, CPQ transformation, automation, and change management to improve seller productivity, reduce deal cycle times, and drive adoption and data integrity.

Develop and execute product marketing strategies including positioning, value propositions, go-to-market plans, and launches. Create enablement and customer-facing materials, support sales with training and competitive insights, analyze pipeline and campaign performance, and coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to drive adoption and revenue.

Partner with sales leadership to turn data into actionable insights, improve forecast accuracy and seller productivity, and run sales operations cadence. Identify AI/automation opportunities to reduce manual effort.

Design and implement .NET solutions using AI agents and GitHub Copilot within a spec-driven development process. Ensure test-first delivery, code quality, security, and performance. Collaborate with product, design, and data science, mentor junior engineers, and promote cross-team best practices and process continuity.

Work directly with clients to distribute press releases, act as product experts and strategists, recommend content best practices to increase engagement and visibility, and support clients through the distribution process while meeting team metrics in a hybrid setting.
