Leads CIMA+'s corporate Quality Management System, including ISO 9001 integration, project quality planning, risk controls, support models, documentation, training, data, and continuous improvement. Manages Quality Specialists, supports sector advisors, contributes to proposals and client quality requirements, presents performance and risk trends, and partners on certification readiness and audit improvement. The role requires quality systems expertise, operational leadership, technology and analytics experience, and professional fluency in French and English.

Creates and revises 2D and 3D telecommunications CAD drawings, including network diagrams, equipment layouts, wiring diagrams, cable routing, and installation details. Incorporates engineering markups, vendor documentation, field information, and client standards. Prepares drawing packages, bills of materials, cable schedules, equipment lists, and related documentation. Coordinates with engineers and designers, supports as-built updates and field verification, and manages multiple assignments while maintaining accuracy and compliance with project standards.

Produces and coordinates complex 2D and 3D telecommunications CAD drawings and complete drawing packages. Interprets engineering inputs, vendor information, field data, and client standards; prepares schedules and bills of materials; performs quality reviews; identifies conflicts; coordinates interfaces; supports as-built updates and document control; develops drafting standards and templates; and mentors junior drafters. The role also includes occasional site visits and collaboration with engineers, designers, and project teams.

Lead telecommunications engineering for mission-critical infrastructure projects, including system architecture, detailed design, technical specifications, network integration, client engagement, procurement, testing, commissioning, and field support. Coordinate interfaces across telecommunications, SCADA, cybersecurity, electrical, and other disciplines. Provide technical leadership, mentoring, project planning, estimates, and technical reviews while supporting resilient wired and wireless solutions for utilities, energy, transportation, and other critical infrastructure clients.

Design and deliver mission-critical wired and wireless telecommunications systems. Prepare network architectures, schematics, specifications, calculations, procurement documents, and testing procedures. Coordinate with clients, vendors, contractors, and multidisciplinary engineering teams. Support equipment evaluation, procurement, factory and site acceptance testing, installation, commissioning, field investigations, issue resolution, and project closeout. Travel to project sites as required while developing technical leadership capabilities.

Designs and reviews protection and control systems for substations, hydroelectric stations, and renewable energy projects. Responsibilities include preparing electrical drawings, diagrams, calculations, equipment sizing, station service systems, panel documentation, and QA/QC packages. The engineer coordinates with multidisciplinary teams, participates in site surveys and review meetings, supports commissioning and field engineering, and may perform occasional site work. Requires Canadian utility project experience, professional engineering registration eligibility, and strong protection and control expertise.

Prepares detailed protection and control, SCADA, civil/structural, telecommunications, panel, wiring, grounding, and network drawings using CAD software. Creates bills of materials, cable schedules, nameplates, and structural data sheets; reviews surveys, identifies drawing clashes, coordinates with project teams, and supports multiple projects. Provides mentorship, adapts to new software and client standards, and participates in occasional field visits.
