Lead end-to-end strategic proposals for large multidisciplinary pursuits: develop win themes, translate technical content into persuasive non-technical copy, oversee visual storytelling and templates, coordinate stakeholders, mentor junior staff, manage proposal compliance, and maintain proposal records to improve future pursuits.

The role involves designing and reviewing control and protection systems for large-scale electrical projects, supervising engineers, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
