Senior Business Analyst responsible for consolidating payment gateways into a target platform. The role requires deep U.S. payments and TSYS acquiring expertise, requirements elicitation, technical documentation, data mapping, migration support, API and integration analysis, UAT and testing coordination, defect management, and production release support. The analyst will collaborate across product, architecture, engineering, data, migration, QA, and business teams while leading SAFe ceremonies and maintaining program-level requirements traceability.

Designs and operates cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes clusters, networking, CI/CD, and observability systems. Improves developer experience through paved-path tooling, leads production incident triage, investigates issues using logs and scripts, and advances scalable infrastructure architecture. Partners with engineering teams on infrastructure decisions, applies AI tools effectively, and communicates technical trade-offs to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Leads a cross-functional engineering team developing secure, optimized software solutions. Responsibilities include architecture and design, coding, code reviews, client and team communication, process improvement, deployment and configuration in cloud environments, and managing team members’ professional development. The role requires expertise in C#, monolithic and microservice architectures, event-driven systems, communication protocols, SQL and NoSQL databases, container orchestration, and software quality practices.
