Senior Business Analyst responsible for consolidating payment gateways into a target platform. Responsibilities include architecture and design, coding, code reviews, client and team communication, process improvement, deployment and configuration in cloud environments, and managing team members’ professional development. The role requires expertise in C#, monolithic and microservice architectures, event-driven systems, communication protocols, SQL and NoSQL databases, container orchestration, and software quality practices.

Design, build, and operate highly available Azure and AKS infrastructure using Terraform. Develop secure CI/CD pipelines, manage Kubernetes clusters, implement monitoring and observability, troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues, and maintain multi-region disaster recovery. The role also involves cloud security, secrets management, networking, database resilience, infrastructure automation, and collaboration with application engineering teams to establish operational standards.

Gather and document requirements for card and payment solutions, translating business needs into technical specifications. Collaborate with product, engineering, QA, processors, and stakeholders across the SDLC. Support Agile ceremonies, UAT, integration testing, defect triage, releases, production issue resolution, and requirements traceability. Apply expertise in credit, debit, prepaid cards, transaction lifecycles, payment networks, processor integrations, APIs, ISO 8583, digital wallets, chargebacks, reconciliation, and compliance changes.
