Build and manage a client portfolio by providing personalized financial advice across banking, investments, lending, and estate planning. Develop new business through networking, community involvement, lead conversion, and relationship building. Serve as a dedicated client contact while delivering exceptional service and meeting sales and growth objectives. The role is full-time onsite, may include evenings and weekends, and requires flexibility to work across multiple banking centres.

Serves as the first point of contact for banking-centre clients, identifies their immediate needs, assists with everyday banking and account products, and connects them with appropriate specialists. Provides problem-solving support, promotes digital and mobile banking tools, and identifies relevant financial-services opportunities while delivering a client-focused experience.

Manage and grow a large client portfolio through relationship management, comprehensive financial planning, investment advice, lending solutions, and exceptional service. Develop new business through networking, local-market sales planning, referrals, and community involvement. Work full-time on-site across banking centres, including potential evenings and weekends, while maintaining CIRO-ID licensing and completing required financial services courses.
