Provide administrative and client support to Financial Advisors for high-value personal and business clients. Engage clients on cash management, credit, investments and wealth protection, prepare client files, book appointments, maintain schedules, resolve client issues, and proactively uncover business opportunities while working on-site and across nearby banking centres.

Provide mortgage advice, meet clients remotely or in-person, build referral networks, convert leads into mortgage clients, manage mortgage documentation and process, and collaborate with banking centre teams to deliver personalized mortgage solutions.

Lead and grow a portfolio of large public and private clients through relationship management, business development, credit structuring, and team leadership. Deliver tailored banking, cash management and ancillary solutions, manage credit risk, and represent the bank in the local business community to drive client acquisition and retention.
