Teams at Chromatic

The Senior Product Manager will own product objectives, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and leverage customer feedback for product enhancements in a remote work environment.

Create developer-facing technical content (articles, demos, docs, videos), build integrations/plugins/microsites, run webinars/workshops, partner with Marketing and Sales, gather developer feedback for Product, and maintain strong frontend technical expertise to drive adoption.

Manage a book of enterprise customers to drive adoption, renewals, and expansion for Chromatic and Storybook. Monitor customer health, surface risks, run business reviews, partner cross-functionally with Sales/Product/Engineering, create account plans, analyze usage metrics, and build scalable CS processes and playbooks.
