Serve as an HR Business Partner for Fashion and Fragrance & Beauty retail across Western Canada. Provide strategic HR guidance, manage recruitment and onboarding, support performance and employee relations, drive learning and talent development, analyze engagement data, and lead DEI and health & safety initiatives. Maintain HRIS data and recruitment metrics; travel occasionally and work on-site in Vancouver most of the week.

Deliver personalized luxury client service, build lasting relationships, drive boutique sales through expert product knowledge and styling, support daily boutique operations, uphold CHANEL brand standards, and collaborate with the team to ensure exceptional client experiences.

As a Fashion Advisor, you'll deliver exceptional client service, drive sales through expertise, and ensure brand representation at CHANEL's Vancouver Boutique. Building relationships and optimizing client experiences while collaborating with the team are key responsibilities.
