Provide strategic HR guidance, manage recruitment and onboarding, support performance and employee relations, drive learning and talent development, analyze engagement data, and lead DEI and health & safety initiatives. Maintain HRIS data and recruitment metrics; travel occasionally and work on-site in Vancouver most of the week.

As a Fashion Advisor, you'll deliver exceptional client service, drive sales through expertise, and ensure brand representation at CHANEL's Vancouver Boutique. Building relationships and optimizing client experiences while collaborating with the team are key responsibilities.
