Support Project Manager and Superintendent by coordinating project documentation, reports, logs, RFIs, and contractor meetings. Maintain cost and status reports, payroll/timekeeping, purchase orders, and safety reporting. Review plans for code compliance and track shop drawings, change orders, and sustainability requirements. Assist with vendor/subcontractor administration and travel to project sites as required.

Lead district-level construction finance activities including finalizing WIP schedules, monthly forecasting, risk identification, KPI monitoring, operational and financial planning, internal controls, and coaching accounting and operations teams to drive efficiency and accurate reporting.

Implement and coordinate mechanical, electrical, and technical building systems on assigned construction projects. Support submittals, drawing/model coordination, scheduling, quality control, commissioning, closeout, RFIs, contract review, and stakeholder communication. Liaise with consultants, trades, and project teams to resolve issues and apply corporate Building Systems processes.
