Teams at Chandos Construction

Lead municipal critical infrastructure projects (water, wastewater, bridges) through all lifecycle phases. Own project delivery, budget, forecasts, timelines, stakeholder coordination, and team organization while liaising with clients, designers, superintendents, and subcontractors.

Support Project Manager and Superintendent by coordinating project documentation, reports, logs, RFIs, and contractor meetings. Maintain cost and status reports, payroll/timekeeping, purchase orders, and safety reporting. Review plans for code compliance and track shop drawings, change orders, and sustainability requirements. Assist with vendor/subcontractor administration and travel to project sites as required.
