Build full-stack web products with substantial LLM functionality, including agentic workflows, tool integrations, structured outputs, and orchestration logic. Translate PRDs and UX mockups into polished prototypes and production systems, making independent product, UX, and technical decisions. Own features through deployment and iteration while collaborating with founders, designers, and stakeholders. Balance rapid AI-assisted development with security, reliability, maintainability, testing, and observability.

Leads a team of instructional delivery schedulers and oversees end-to-end training logistics, including session scheduling, learner enrollment, instructor assignments, rosters, records, and compliance documentation. Develops scheduling policies, resolves escalations, coordinates with instructors and content teams, tracks KPIs, supports LMS and scheduling technology solutions, and drives continuous process improvement across a high-volume training program.

Provides Tier 1 technical and operational support for VR end-users. Responsibilities include configuring and provisioning Quest devices, managing shipping, replacements, returns, inventory, and asset records, troubleshooting hardware, software, connectivity, and access issues, and assisting with onboarding. The role delivers phone, email, and ticket-based support, escalates complex problems, and contributes to user guides, FAQs, and standard operating procedures.
