Develops integrated executive communications strategies across social, traditional, internal, and earned media. Shapes executive voice and visibility, creates communications and editorial content, prepares leaders for media and speaking engagements, and designs thought leadership initiatives. Translates complex healthcare and business topics into accessible narratives while collaborating with Communications, Marketing, and business teams.

Lead the end-to-end SSBCI program across operations, data, technology, vendors, compliance, enrollment, and member experience. Manage cross-functional projects through requirements, planning, execution, testing, deployment, and closure. Identify operational improvements, ensure regulatory compliance, manage risks and dependencies, align resources, and communicate status to stakeholders and executives. The role requires expertise in healthcare operations, eligibility logic, data flows, reporting, reconciliation, validation, and vendor coordination.

Manages a care management team and member care programs to achieve compliant, high-quality, cost-effective healthcare outcomes. Oversees documentation, escalations, complex cases, audits, policies, reporting metrics, staff caseloads, and regulatory compliance. Supports hiring, onboarding, training, and team development while coordinating with members, providers, and senior leadership. The role is remote and requires California RN licensure while working Pacific Time hours.
