Supervises daily office operations, onboarding, facilities coordination, budgeting, safety inspections, document processing, proposal preparation, records management, scheduling, vendor coordination, and office support staff training. Troubleshoots routine software and equipment issues, supports engineers and project managers, coordinates workload distribution, maintains office resources, and ensures document quality and compliance with company standards.

Design electrical power systems for water and wastewater treatment facilities, including load calculations, conduit routing, motor control centers, switchgear, and specifications. Conduct power system analyses, field investigations, and startup activities. Support marketing and business development while collaborating with clients and engineering teams.
