As a Senior Performance Engineer, you'll troubleshoot performance issues in energy storage systems, validate software updates, and collaborate with teams to drive improvements in performance and reliability.

Lead RFP and competitive bid processes for BESS projects globally; negotiate customer, supplier, and EPC contracts; perform bid analysis, cost modelling and strategic procurement; collaborate with supply chain and stakeholders; maintain contract documentation and support project teams during execution; identify process improvements and provide commercial insights.

The Controls Engineer is responsible for deploying Battery Energy Storage Systems, validating project designs, and ensuring smooth communication across teams.
