Coordinates supplier and subcontractor pricing, prepares customer quotations, sources HVAC equipment and materials, compares costs and lead times, supports purchase orders, and maintains accurate costing information. The role develops skills in procurement, estimating, job costing, vendor negotiation, quoting, and mechanical construction while collaborating with technicians, project managers, service, sales, and finance teams.
