Lead end-to-end onboarding of infrastructure platforms, applications, databases, service accounts, and privileged accounts into BeyondTrust PAM. Configure vaulting, password rotation, privileged access controls, session management, and approval workflows. Develop automation and integrations using PowerShell, Python, Bash, and REST APIs. Support Windows, Linux, Active Directory, databases, cloud, and hybrid environments while troubleshooting access issues and strengthening security controls in regulated environments.

Analyzes client business processes and translates them into functional requirements, user stories, and product specifications for financial software platforms. Collaborates with Development, QA, Product, Support, and Services teams to support testing, issue triage, risk mitigation, regulatory alignment, and successful product delivery. Manages multiple initiatives, maintains project documentation, and communicates with clients and internal stakeholders.

Provide client-facing project administration and reporting support: maintain client data, produce time-sensitive reports and ad-hoc datasets, perform reconciliations and data analysis, support process improvements and system enhancements, assist with documentation and testing, and respond to client inquiries while collaborating with internal teams.
