Serve as the dedicated RevOps partner to the Startups revenue org, supporting Partnerships and AEs. Own forecasting, pipeline, capacity, territory design, rep productivity, and incentive compensation. Run operational projects, analyze performance, report to senior leadership, drive annual planning, and collaborate cross-functionally to improve efficiency and revenue growth.

Prospect and qualify new customers via email, phone, and social; log activity in CRM; hit daily KPIs; partner with Account Executives to position Brex; run A/B tests with Marketing Operations; provide market feedback to improve processes.

Lead and mentor the engineering team for Brex's GTM systems. Drive technical roadmap, build growth surfaces, and integrate AI solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize sales and marketing effectiveness.
