Own customer engagement and expansion across an assigned portfolio of existing customers. Conduct high-volume outreach, lead discovery calls, identify expansion opportunities, develop proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and build relationships with finance stakeholders. Maintain forecasts and CRM hygiene while partnering with underwriting, deal desk, and account teams. Advocate for customer feedback and drive adoption, revenue growth, and measurable business outcomes.

Lead sourcing strategies for technical roles across engineering, data, product, and AI. Identify and engage passive candidates, conduct talent mapping and market research, build diverse talent pipelines, partner with recruiters and technical leaders, analyze sourcing metrics, and improve recruiting processes and tools.

Build and maintain frontend products and tools across the Brex stack. Collaborate with engineers, sales, support, product, design, and operations to understand customer needs, design experiments, improve user experiences, and own features end to end. Responsibilities include addressing user experience, data models, scalability, operability, metrics, and feature quality while contributing to technical vision and cross-functional projects.
